This analysis explores how a potential Russia–India–Saudi trilateral could emerge as a pragmatic partnership shaped by the Ukraine war and the rise of a multipolar world. As the Global South undergoes major strategic realignments, India finds new space to deepen ties with Moscow and Riyadh across energy, infrastructure, connectivity corridors, and multilateral governance.
The article highlights converging interests in logistics, BRICS-led multipolarity, soft-power collaboration, and diversified diplomacy beyond Western pressure. Despite challenges posed by sanctions and US tariffs, the emerging alignment offers India strategic autonomy, economic resilience, and a role in shaping a non-Western global order.
