A Governance Architecture for the Algorithmic Age

The article examines how contemporary sovereignty is distributed across five interdependent layers- physical, logical, social, cognitive, and biological. The author argues that India must evolve from relying on individual “Sovereign Minds” to building resilient “Sovereign Systems” capable of navigating the complexities of the algorithmic age.
