Dr. M S Vijayaraghavan

An alumnus of IIT Madras, he served in the Government of India for over 37 years before demitting office as Technical Advisor (Special Secretary) from Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) in 2013. He worked with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam to conceive and implement various national missions. At PMO, he was tasked to shape the country’s national security through technological empowerment. Post superannuation, he has been involved in mentoring technology startups in the areas of Cyber Security, AI/ML and Semiconductor technology.
