Professor Vasileios Syros

Professor Vasileios Syros is a Distinguished (Non-Resident) Visiting Fellow at the Centre of National Security Studies (CNSS) and an Honorary Adjunct Fellow at the National Maritime Foundation (NMF), India’s premier think tank for maritime research, and a Life Member of Clare Hall, University of Cambridge. He holds concurrent appointments as Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for European Global Studies at the University of Basel (Switzerland), Director of the Early Modern Greek Culture Program at The Medici Archive Project (Florence, Italy), and faculty member at the MSc Leadership: Ethics and Politics at the University of Athens (Greece). His areas of specialty include the history of political thought, cross-cultural leadership, and Indian strategic thought.
